NO REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of the type of product being sold, for sanitary purposes ALL CUSTOM-MADE WIG ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND FINAL SALE!! Please be sure of your Cap Size BEFORE purchasing, All wig sales are final and cannot be returned If there is any discrepancy, defect or any dissatisfaction with the order, You have up to 3 days after the delivery date to contact email@example.com. If any adjustments are to be made a repair FEE will apply. No refunds after 48 hours. Once your order is placed you have 24-48 hours to cancel your order & be issued a refund. Please send us an email with your reason for cancelation and we will go ahead an issue a refund once your order has not started processing & has not shipped out. Your order cannot be refunded once your order has shipped.
RETURNS & Exchanges
If there is any mistake, or manufacturer defect. Please notify us immediately within 24 hours so we can take the necessary steps to rectify your order.Please note we only offer store credit for Bundle Deal orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it, Brand New and unused. For example: If you order

And you want to return/exchange because you received the wrong order. You will be given a $315 credit that can be used only to purchase a product from www.BelleCheveuxByChloe.com of that value. If you decide to order a wig for $515, you can use that $315 credit towards the wig and pay the $200 out of pocket. The credit is valid for a limited time only and must be used or else it will EXPIRE and you will lose your credit.
You can also exchange the deep wave texture for 18/20/22 coconut curl. However the hair must be returned in its original packaging. BRAND NEW & UNUSED. With the tags and labels still attached.
